I moved to Austin in 1978 after receiving a Master's degree at The University of Dayton, Ohio. After several years of getting acquainted with Austin while working as a clerk, letter carrier, and supervisor with the Postal Service, buying a home and remodeling it, and realizing Austin is such a special place to call home, I changed direction.

I decided in the summer of 1983 to pursue a career in real estate. Two years of selling later, with the necessary broker's license in hand, I began my own agency, Austin Advantage Real Estate.

Since then, I have helped countless numbers of folks buy and sell real estate in Austin and surrounds through Austin Advantage Real Estate.

The main reason I enjoy being a Realtor is that it allows me to satisfy a fundamental desire to help people with something that is so important to them, a home. When you need help in real estate, hire a person first, not just the company. Real estate is a personal service business.
